This website provides a set of tools that allows better understanding how lending products work.
At the moment few tools provided and can be accessed from left hand menu. Please note, that these tools are generally correct, but actual payment schedule can differ slightly to what this site display due to rounding models. Following tools are provided:- Capitalisation Chart - a page that allows to visualise dependency between mortgage duration, borrowed capital, interest rate and total cost of the mortgage.
- Products Playground - a page that shows payment schedule for specific amount of borrowed capital within given duration. It allows to select one of few known mortgage products that are available on Irish market from different suppliers.By the way, mortgage products are checked and updated daily!
- Mortgages Table - A list of mortgage products offered by different lending institutions.
- PCP Payments - Page that shows PCP monthly payment estimation. Normally PCP consists of 2 parts - borrowed capital and balloon payment to be paid to fully purchase a vehicle after term ends.
